To conduct annual recitation competitions between memorizers and reciters at the national and international levels.
To conduct informational and corrective tours for imams and reciters.
To hold an international competition between memorizers and reciters every five years in Makkah Mukarramah and Madinah Munawarah.
To provide basic facilities to imams, preachers, and muezzins so that they can become more effective members of society.
To raise the standard of memorization in such a way that every member of society wishes and desires to make their child a memorizer.
