AN INTRODUCTION
OF QURANIC VOCAL SYSTEM

The vocal system of the Holy Qur’an plays a key role in the beauty of the recitation and its impact and depth. The purpose of adopting and learning this system is to achieve the effects and qualities in prayer, taraweeh and recitation that were achieved by the Companions of holy profit. The need and importance of awareness of the vocal system is nearly extinct in Quran teachers, imams and reciters of our society.

Keeping in view the same requirement this course is designed for students who wish to explore and master the art of melody in Quranic recitation. This art refers to the various melodic modes used in the Quranic Recitation, enhancing the beauty and expression of the Quranic verses.

In this course students learn to deals with the phonetics of Quranic recitation, as well as training to recite in different styles, melodies and Arabic accent as well as to imitate the Imams of the Two holy mosques (Haramain) along with other famous reciters.

After completion of this course student can enrolled in following advance courses of Quranic vocal system:

• Introduction of Lejat-e-Quraniah

Basic intro of Quranic vocal system and selection of students as per their need and ability.

• Marifat ul Ada wal Itqan (معرفة الاداء والاتقان)

Detail practice with guidance upon points of articulation and Arabic accent

• Marifat ul Aswat (معرفة الاصوات)

To explore and master the art of voice and vocals during Quran recitation

• Maqamat course (تعليم المقامات).

Maqamat refer to the various melodic modes used in the Quranic recitation, enhancing the beauty and expression of the Quranic verses.   This session will enhance recitation with beautification and melodious and increase the spiritual enrichment and make the student to experience a deeper connection with the Quran.

Who Can Enroll: This course is open to all Huffaz either they are school students or belongs to Madaris-e-Deniah and the minimum age is 16 years.
